PC

With good mechanical properties, transparency and heat resistance, after being overmolded with liquid silicone, it can combine the rigidity of PC and the soft touch and sealing property of LSR.

PP

Relatively low price and good chemical stability, making it suitable for some products that are cost-sensitive and require a certain degree of chemical resistance, such as the casings of some consumer electronic products or the handles of some kitchen utensils.

PA

It has high strength and good wear resistance. When overmolded with LSR, it can be used to manufacture products that require high strength and flexibility, such as automotive parts, sports equipment accessories and so on.

Aluminum

Glass

It is coated on the surface of the glass to improve the impact resistance, anti-slip property and comfort of hand feeling of glass products. It is commonly seen on the handles of glass tableware and the edge sealing of mobile phone screen protectors.

Epoxy Resin

It has excellent adhesive properties, electrical insulation and chemical stability. When combined with liquid silicone, it can be used in fields such as electronic packaging and insulation components to ensure the reliability of products in complex environments.

How can we make it happen?

Master the physical and chemical properties of liquid silicone with different formulations, such as hardness, tensile strength, tear strength, compression set rate, temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, etc., and accurately select or customize suitable materials according to customer needs.

By adding special additives or improving the formulation, enhance the performance of liquid silicone, such as strengthening its flame retardancy, electrical conductivity, antibacterial properties, etc., to meet the high standards requirements of specific industries or products.

Two essential elements

High-precision Mold Design: Utilize advanced CAD/CAM software to design molds with reasonable structures, high precision, easy demoulding, and the ability to ensure the consistency of product quality. Consider key factors such as the parting surface, venting system, and cooling system of the molds to ensure the even filling and solidification of liquid silicone within the molds.

Optimal Molding Process Conditions: Independently develop an adhesive process chamber. Through repeated experiments and data analysis, determine the optimal process parameters such as molding temperature, pressure, and time to ensure that the products are free from defects such as bubbles, underfilling, and flash, while also guaranteeing production efficiency.

Quality Inspection

Strict Raw Material Inspection: Establish a comprehensive raw material inspection process to conduct a full range of tests on each batch of liquid silicone and customer-supplied materials, including indicators such as appearance, viscosity, curing characteristics, and mechanical properties. Ensure that production is carried out only when the quality meets the requirements, preventing quality issues caused by material problems.

All-round Product Quality Inspection: During the production process, various testing methods are employed to conduct real-time monitoring and testing on the products. For example, dimensional measurement (using high-precision measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machines), appearance inspection (checking for surface defects, color consistency, etc.), and physical property testing (hardness testing, tensile testing, sealing performance testing, etc.), to ensure that the product quality meets or exceeds industry standards and customer requirements.
